I was hired to help The Cru design & build launch a bespoke technology experience.
The Cru was a platform and a place for women to come together to support each other, with an emphasis on setting & pursuing intentions. Outcomes matter, as does having a place that’s safe, empowering, and at times, challenging.
Drawing on experience from small groups in churches, startup founder groups, and above al the founder’s vision & experience, my small team designed & built a system for women to apply to, and participate in, The Cru.
